Locally owned and operated for your convenience, you have the best possible service with professional reception, State-of-the-art conference facilities, high-speed internet access, copy, fax, scan and mail center, and professional concierge services.

On-site Owner. One of the owners is on-site 8-5, Monday-Friday, to manage the facility, help you set up the plan that's right for you, or to answer any question you may have. Tours by appointment.

Office Park Plaza, LLC. Is a complete office service provider located in Wichita, KS, in the heart of College Hill on East Douglas. Office Park Plaza (OPP) is near the Oliver intersection in the Douglas Design District at 4601 E. Douglas Ave. The unique design of OPP makes it a real treasure! This Williamsburg colonial-style building was originally built for Commercial Savings and Loan in the 50s; OPP is equipped with two vault rooms and two all wood-paneled offices that were the president's and vice presidents offices, one with a fireplace and much more. After the bank, the Second occupant in the building for almost half a century was Associated Advertising Agency. The building has been an iconic location in College Hill for over half a century, and hopefully for many more.

OPP is a new venture by Christian Shomberg and Mark Eggel. Mark has a background in commercial and residential construction for over 25 years in Wichita, KS. Christian has a background in commercial and residential real estate and construction also in Wichita.

Together they have been bringing new life to the building while keeping the old intact. Also, going green has been a big part of the construction. Using the building's hail damaged roof slate for flooring throughout Office Park Plaza has not only been a green way to go, but also gives OPP some of its character that can't be bought. Other things that have been done to the building include the installation of high-efficiency HVAC heat pumps, putting in new windows, sealed and insulating the building.

Some of the details of OPP include custom crafted woodwork throughout, original light fixtures, crown molding, custom-crafted wood-paneled offices with private restrooms, 7' high doors, exposed brick, custom-crafted base, old telephone box on display, original boiler parts on display, exposed ceiling with ductwork and two spiral staircases.
